Synopsis: (from the official site)
"In this very unladylike black comedy, the tight bond shared by five high school cheerleaders is strengthened when one of them becomes pregnant.  Between schoolwork, cheerleading and Lamaze class, the squad plots a heist to ensure the baby's financial future.  Little did they know their antics would become the talk of the nation. "

Review:
I suppose it looked good on paper.  The basic premise is workable, but it needs a lot of work.  There is a plot that is easy to follow, and there are many stereotypically simple jokes that do generate a few smirks.  The comedic energy as directed does not work.  It's a shame too because some of the actors do put out good performances.  Marley Shelton is the lead character as the head cheerleader in the maternity cheerleading uniform.  Her main partner in crime is Mena Suvari who does a good job entertaining the audience.  Nobody is going to have a break ut performance with this script.  The writer and director should be sentenced to a year of wearing a Betty Doll mask whenever they leave the house.  It does have it's moments, but it is neither Snatch nor Dude, Where's My Car?  When it comes out on late night TV and you have nothing better to do, you might want to give it a shot.  This was shot in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area of Minnesota.

There were 20 songs in the movie credits if any one cares...   I didn't think so.  The bipedal vermin making a racket while running around and yapping away in the front of the theater were louder than the movie.  Next invention, accustically targeted theater stun seats!  Yes, I like that, I like that a lot.
