Partially wrong. Because Mary was conceived without original sin she was free of concupiscence, the disordered desires or tendency to self-indulgence we all experience as a result of the Fall. However, sexual inclination in itself is not necessarily concupsicent if ordered to procreation and the life-long union of marriage.
