Chocolate Chip Cookies |
2 ¼ c. all purpose flour 2 eggs 1 c. butter, softened 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips ¾ c. sugar ¾ c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Beat in egg. Gradually add flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop onto ungreased pie tin or aluminum pan. Place on trivet or inverted pie tin in 350 degree Dutch oven. |
