wrapped in Foil |
Cut of a sheet of foil into a large square/rectangle (you may wish to use multiple sheets of foil): Then place all ingredients in the center of that sheet: Fold using the baker's method: 1) Fold the bottom half of the sheet over the ingredients. 2) Fold the top half of the sheet over. 3) Bring the right and left edges up so that they meet. 4) Roll these edges together until the meal is tight. *If wrapping one thing, like a piece of fruit, wrap so that the opening in the foil stays at the top while the dish cooks. Place the foil meal directly into coals or on top of a barbecue grill. You may wish to turn the meal every 5 to 10 minutes if the coals are not of an even heat. |
