Orange Sesame Cake
HOME
1 ½ c. whole-wheat flour
½ c. soy flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ c. sesame seeds
¼ c. whole dried egg
2 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
½ c. sugar
½ c. margarine
2 Tbsp. shortening or margarine, to grease pan
¾ c. water 


Blend all the ingredients thoroughly.  Bag mixture and close top securely.

Grease the Dutch oven with margarine.

Blend water into the mix to make a stiff batter.  Spread batter into oven and bake about 30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
