Pie Crust

1 ½ c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. sugar
½ c. vegetable oil
2 Tbs. cold milk 


Sift the flour, salt, and sugar into a 9" pie plate.  Whisk together the oil and milk; pour over the flour mixture.  Using the fork, mix until completely dampened. 

Press the dough evenly over the bottom of the pan, then up the sides and over the rim.  Prick the surface of the dough with a fork several times.

Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.  Cool and fill as desired.
