Stir Crazy Cake

2 ½ c. flour
1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. cold coffee
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon 


Mix flour, 1 ½ c. sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in the bottom of a lined, ungreased Dutch oven.  Form 3 wells in mixture.  Pour oil into one well, vinegar in another, and vanilla in the last.  Pour cold coffee over everything, and stir with fork until well mixed.

Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon.  Sprinkle over batter.  Bake in Dutch oven for 30-45 minutes.
