4 Mariah SEIBER was born about 1846 in Anderson County, Tennessee to Rev. John SEIBER and Alvina KINCAID. She died 12 April 1885 in Scott County, Arkansas and was buried in Lone Star Cemetery on Ft. Chaffee Reservation in Arkansas. Mariah married Samuel Andrew MARTIN on 28 December 1869 in Roane County, Tennessee. Samuel was born 29 September 1849 in Tennessee to Samuel MARTIN and Charlotte WALLS. He died 30 March 1923 in Mansfield, Arkansas and was buried April 1923 in Lone Star Cemetery on Ft. Chaffee Reservation in Arkansas. NOTE: Had no information on Mariah and Samuel except their marriage record until August 2000. Corresponded by e-mail with Barbara E. Burrows who descends from this couple. She originally had Mariah as daughter of Henry Seiber. But looking thru my information I found the proof that she needed to tie her Mariah to our Rev. John Seiber and Alvina Kincaid. She told me that her mother had originally thought that Mariah was daughter of Rev. John Seiber and wife Alvina. She mailed me many, many names of descendents of Samuel and Mariah.. She said that after Mariahs death Samuel married Martha Ellen MILLER. He died 16 April 1946 in Milltown, Sebastian County, Arkansas and was buried in Dawson Cemetery, Milltown, Seastian County, Arkansas. Joshua married Epsie Ann FIELDS. Epsie was born 15 January 1872. She died about 1968 in Milltown, Sebastian County, Arkansas. 5 Samuel Henry MARTIN was born 19 January 1873 in Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee. He died 8 January 1946 in Mansfield, Arkansas and was buried January 1946 in Coop Prarie Cemetery, Mansfield, Arkansas. Samuel married Georgia Ann JONES in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Georgia was born 6 September 1876 in Nashville, Tennessee to George Kennel JONES and Eliza WARREN. She died 12 January 1943 in Mansfield, Arkansas and was buried in Coop Prarie Cemetery, Mansfield, Arkansas. MARRIAGE: Samuel H. and Georgia were married in Sebastian County, AR by J. G. Elmore JP. 5 John F. MARTIN was born about 1878 in Arkansas. 5 William 'Possum Bill' Alexander MARTIN was born 9 July 1881 in Arkansas. He died 10 July 1973 in Bakersfield, California and was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Bakersfield, California. William married Susie Elizabeth DILLAHUNTY on 3 July 1901 in Auburn, Sebastian County, Arkansas. Susie was born 28 August 1882. She died 4 February 1977 in Bakersfield, California and was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Bakersfield, California.
