2 Samuel Wesley SEIBER was born 5 April 1790 in Maryland to Philip SEBIER Sr. and first wife who is UNKNOWN.  He died 20 December 1871 in Knox County, Tennessee and was buried in Phibbs Cemetery, Knox County.  Samuel married (1) Isabelle FROST about 1809, daughter of Micajah FROST and Nancy ROBBINS. Isabelle was born about 1792 in Washington County, Virginia.  She died before 1850 in Anderson County, Tennessee.  Samuel Sr. married (2) Elizabeth WILKINS before 1850. Elizabeth was born 1 May 1805 in Tennessee.

NOTE: (1)Childrens names are taken from a typed family Bible record of Samuel and Elizabeth Seiber. written by Samuel's youngest son Benjamin.. 
(2)Samuel Seiber, Andrew Braden and Henry Etter, borrowed $28 in 1824 to build what may have been Anderson County's first school.

(2)From a newspaper article that was sent to me several years ago gives an account of her death.  “She was struck by lightning as she cooked at the cabin fireplace.  She left seven children, a tiny baby that starved to death when it could not be fed.” This may be true.

Elizabeth’s maiden name was Wilkins she 1st married Macajah CHILES.  Macajah died about 1831.  They had three children. Mary Lonus born 8 May 1827;  Sally born 6 June 1829; William born 12 September 1830.

……3 Rev. John SEIBER  was born 28 April 1816 in Poplar Creek, Anderson County, Tennessee.  He died 25 May 1891 in Anderson County, Tennessee and was buried in East Fork Cemetery, Anderson County. 

……3 Elijah SEIBER was born 28 April 1816 in Anderson County, Tennessee.  He died 17 May 1842.

NOTE: He was a twin to my Rev. John Seiber.  No information is found after the 1840 census of his wife or children.

was born 26 March 1849 in Tennessee.  He died 11 April 1938. He married Mary A. LONES 12 September 1880.  She was born May 1851 in Tennessee.

Emiluh FROST who married Rowland CHILES. Thomas's mother was Isabelle FROST daughter of Micajah FROST. Emiluh and Micajah Frost were brother and sister and children of Thomas FROST Sr. and Sarah BOYD..
