Their banking experience includes executive management, sales management, finance, operations, strategic and tactical planning, automation and credit risk analysis, risk management, financial analysis, and fund raising to support growth. In the area of collection management, they have successfully implemented state-of-the art collection and telecommunications technology that resulted in loan recovery increases from 33% to 1,000%.
