I MADE A WISH AND YOU CAME TRUE

This page is for my husband, Neil, who indulges me in my love for the Fae, among his many little surprises! He once bought a beautiful fairy painting in St. Augustine that he saw me admiring, he did it secretly while I was looking at other paintings, I realized he was not in the gallery, and when I went to look for him, I spotted him running through the streets with painting in hand, he was trying to get it to the car so it would be a surprise!!! Just one of the many reasons I love him so!!!

I remember our first kiss

The way in which we met was somewhat of a fairy tale all in itself!!! I had never had much luck when it came to affairs of the heart, and had spent a major portion of my life with a couple of trolls!!! I finally found the courage to get out on my own again, and another man was the last thing on my mind!!! In fact, I was rather happy perfecting the art of becoming an old maid, and out of the blue, in walks this magnificent gift of a man and just rearranged everything!!! I don't know how I could have ever enjoyed life before he came. He is definitely heaven sent!!! And....The great love of my wonderful life!!!!

A loving man is not equated with the macho state. Nor, does it mean he is not masculine. It means he is a balanced, caring person, who desires the same in a companion. I have found this in you!

To truly love another person, Means to give your heart to that person. And when you hand over your heart, You risk having it broken. Love, if it is genuine, Is never perfect, and for all the joy, we experience, within its embrace, We must also accept a measure of pain and suffering. Love must be reborn, again, many, many, times In a single relationship. I am giving you my heart Neil, Be gentle with it, And here is to falling in love with you over and over again!!!

You are not only physically strong, but emotionally strong as well. And gentle and loving at the same time. A rare combination in a man! For the first time in my life, I felt comfortable in my own skin, like I was finally where I belonged. I was so afraid at first, afraid of losing myself, my heart, but the words and feelings came so easy. I actually wanted, subconciously, to find something wrong with you, it seemed easier than the risk. The harder I searched, the better you looked! And the more I learned, the more I loved! You have taught me so much, the joy of what it feels like to feel beautiful, the importance of self worth, You brought out the strength that was within me all along.
