| It is now widely recognised that the design and building of software requires a structured and disciplined engineering approach, so that software can be developed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. It is this reason that has caused Software Engineering to emerge as a field of growing importance. As computer professionals in training, this Software Engineering course would impart to us skills and concepts that would be useful to us. It gives students like us a chance to hone our software development skills and gives us a sound idea of how to enhance and improve the quality of software we produce. I look forward to working on the project with my teammates, as it gives me the opportunity to work on a larger software project as well as to apply and put into practice the concepts taught in SC207. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
