| This is mom and dad. In the above studio made picture they were just newly married. Today, they have been married 65 years and you couldn't find another couple as close as these two are. They were married while dad was in the Army and home on a furlough. Their courtship hadn't been a long one. They met, and 3 days later they were married. Mom followed dad around the States where he was stationed and when he went overseas she would return home to her parents house. |
