- The catastrophe of fish killed in Kuwait accrued in 1998 cause several damage of marine life in Kuwait water. There were about 2,000 tones of dead fish which were washed into the gulf water in Kuwait creek. Streptococcus bacteria were the reason of fish killed. The symptoms of streptococcal disease are: 1- Erratic swimming. 2- Whirling motion on the surface of the water. 3- Darkening of the skin. 4- Blindness. 5- Pop-eyes and small lesions on the fish body.
