it's a long way down
Yet another trip with Motoaventures but this time in Andorra (overdeveloped but surrounded by great scenery). I flew Air France from Edinburgh to Barcelona via the dreadful Charles de Gaulle airport - long security queues, taxiing for about 15 minutes (honest!), being bussed from aircraft to the other end of the airport, so you could walk all the way back, never again! Anyway the holiday was great, no major crashes, except another broken finger (ouch). The group was split into slow and fast so you could pick your own pace, which was better than Morocco. We kept our (very patient) guide busy as we did our best to destroy the bikes - the favoured method was by drowning. A good mix of folk on the trip: swedes, danish, german and british. We were actually riding the same bikes I rode in Morocco, two years earlier and it's amazing how tough these bikes are (Honda XR400), withstanding this sort of abuse every week! Watch out for the huskies steeling your gear though.
