Do not link to the picture(s) on this page, at some point I will take them down to make room for new ones. I could not find my earlier, very first animations, I have lost them somewhere. I started experimenting and learning animations maybe somewhere around 94 or 95, but then my private life and work started stealing more and more of my time, and I quit. I seem to be making a "comeback" every now and then, time permitting.. but after a while I always find myself swamped with those "other" things. I hope I will continue finding time for this hobby in the future. UPDATE: hell yea, last time I updated the page was in May 2001. Yep, it's been over a YEAR. I dropped out of ABPAG too due to many reasons, and right now I'm having trouble finding a free server that would carry the group and allow posting too. Still... someone emailed me recently and asked if I could animate a picture of his brother... which I did. (JohnnyB.gif). Thank YOU, it was fun to get back to what I love doing! The tools I use are Paint Shop Pro, and Animation Shop that came bundled with it. I get a lot of help from the very nice and talented people in the newsgroup alt.binaries.pictures.animated.gifs Also known as ABPAG. All my own creations are "copyright free", as long as they are not used for commercial purposes. If I made an animation for someone else, ask his/her permission please, if you want to use the GIF. If you see an animation that was made for YOU, but no email link to you or if your name is missing, let me know. Jan |
