Spandau Ballet ST TROPEZ

July 1 to 13,  1980  :  Cliff Richard style the groupe took a bus to St Tropez.  A-go-go on a summer holiday. An astute London agent heard the word and invited them to play at Papa Gayos, St Tropez,  all expenses paid.  The reviera's hot air balloon set were puzzled by the groups cleaner and clean image avec joppurs, riding boots and noses in the air.  They garbled 'fascists' but it didn't take long before they collaborated, making the visit a complet success.
