You're Not Him
Don't look at me like that,
You remind me of him.
He tells the same jokes you do,
He knows as much as you do,
But he's not you.
You're not him.
Don't become my friend,
I'm not use to the attention.
The last man who "cared"
Ended up marrying me,
But he's not you.
You're not him.
Don't sit where he use to sit at work,
The seat is cursed,
And you'll probably get fired too.
But he's not you.
You're not him.
Everytime you talk,
I feel his words pour out of your mouth.
I feel the warmth of conversation,
A wierd attraction.
But he's not you.
You're not him.
