The Learning Experience

There's really not much to say about the Learning Experience without ruining the surprise it is supposed to be. What can be said is that you're gonna spend three days attending Disney University, for special classes on the company's policies, traditions and what means to be a Cast Member. Appropriately enough, this is called Traditions. After this, they separate the groups according to the parks and each will have its special park introduction day. Magic Kingdom's is called Once Upon a Time... is Now. Trust me, not only you'll LOVE it, you're gonna learn a lot of cool stuff too. And then the real training starts, but that's another story.        In the programs that you have more time to spend (like the Brazilian Summer Program), you have the choice of taking the Seminars. As far as I know, this is obligatory for the American CPs, and its related to Tourism, Management, Economics and such.    Well, that's pretty much it, I guess!                    On to the next!
