There's enough warmth in a friend's hug to warm up the coldest day.    Good friends are angels on earth.  Count your age by friends, not years; Count your life by smiles, not tears.   A friend is both a treasure and a comfort.    Many joys may come and go,  but friendship is forever!    Friends are a gift that Heaven sends.  Friends are the best collectibles (Beanie Babies may be 2nd best).   Friends share the joy and divide the sorrow.    Friendship, like old quilts, stand the test of time.  The journey to a friend's house is never long, even if it is from Winnetka to Big Bear Lake.   Happy is the heart that holds a friend.   Friends are flowers in the garden of life.    A good friend is like a warm quilt wrapped around the heart.    Special friends become our chosen family.    Of all the gems on this Earth,  friends are the most precious.    Old friends are the best antiques.    Life is a patchwork of friends.      Make new friends but keep the old. One is silver and the other is gold.   Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile leaving footprints on our hearts. Real friends are those who, when you make a fool of yourself, don't think you've done a permanent job.   Friends are the chocolate chips in the cookie of life.
