Residence:

Influences:
"Robert Williams. Nick Cave. The late 70s art/punk scene. German Expressionism. That Wim Wender's film Wings of Desire. The last and most important thing is the book Idols of Perversity: Fantasies of Feminine Evil in Fin-de-Siecle Culture by Bram Dijkstra."
Formal Training:
"Why, yes. I have a BA from Cal State Northridge in something called two dimensional art."
Say What?
"How would I describe my work? Oooh! I appreciate the opportunity to reconfigure. It's convenient being lumped in with this chick-art thing, the 'dangerous dolls' deal, this chick-painting sexy pinup art going, 'Nyah, nyah! We're sexy, we're postfeminist sexy!' or whatever. I feel fine being lumped in there, but I feel equally fine being lumped in with The Pizz and Ausgang, or the tiki people for the last ten years. That's wonderful. I'd hate to feel limited."
