Energy can take on an infinite amount of forms. We can see the solid physical forms everywhere but it also exists as emotion, thought, spirits, will, instinct and light. Everything imaginable is made of energy.
Energy can be perceived through sight but it is more likely to be perceived through feeling or as some say “ the sixth sense”.
The easiest way to perceive energy is to feel it. Everyone will feel this differently for some it may appear warm, others cold. Everything will take time but this is something that can easily be practised.
Energy reacts to all living things, it is receptive and easily manipulated. Energy is constantly changed by our thoughts, it occurs on a level of our unconscious thoughts and emotions. It reacts to our principles and takes shape from us.
