A Great Celebration... To celebrate the bicentennial of the Louisiana Purchase and the bold explorations of Lewis and Clark, a new statue will be dedicated on the campus of the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Envisioned by a group of St. Louis historians and created by noted St. Louis sculptor, R.H. Dick. "Lewis and Clark: A Most Perfect Harmony" will symbolize for future generations St. Louis' vital role in the nations dramatic expansion of the West. |
