As we have stated before, our sites are free for you to use on your home pages, however, there are some rules. They are easy rules, yet we need to place them so that our backgrounds will be seen and known all around the world. If you are interested in our sites, simply follow these simple rules and enjoy.

Your site must be a non-profit site. If you make money on your site, then you may not use these sets for free. If your site is a money making site, email us and with a small fee of $25.00, we will take that set out of our collection and it will become yours exclusively. You must download these images to your hard drive and do not link through my site. You must use the Special Touch Designs button and link it back to our main site at: http://www.oocities.org/stdesigns_2000. These images are designed for FAMILY SAFE SITES. So, if your site has any offensive material of any kind, we ask that you do not use them. If you find a site that is using one of our background sets that has any offensive material, please notify us by email. We will take them off our Clients Sites Page right away. You must supply your URL so, we may add you to our Client Sites Page. We want to show off how our background sets are being used and how you displayed them on your site. If you decide to request a background set to be exclusive yours, we will need to charge you $25.00 and we will take it out of our collection. However, you must still display the Special Touch Designs button and link back to our main page. That is it for now. If for some reason, we find it necessary to add additional guidelines as this site grows, we will try to notify you all in advance.
