This is the main entrance trail-road to the compound area from the semi-loop '11th Street' road across from the small arms Range 3.
Presumably, prisoners would enter the compound grounds from this access on 11th street rather than the access from Howe Road.
This small mens & ladies latrine is the only permenant building for this area. All support buildings to conduct prisoner operations would have to be brought in & set up. Notice that there is a concrete pad near the fence-line, this could be used as a location of a main support building. Presumably, support buildings could be brought in any number of ways- conexes, shipping containers, mobile shops mounted on trucks, semi-trailers...of course you can always use the trusty old GP tents too. Though I think the use of tents would be limited in use only during training. For greater security, I'm sure more substantial structures would have to be moved in- especially if a long-term operation is conducted.
There is an encampment area for support personel located in a small clearing to the south of the compound accessible by the perimeter trail road & also from Howe Road that leads to and from the main post.
