Basic Information: Our goal for this meet is to make it bigger, and more fun for everyone involved, versus the meet last year. There is going to be a BBQ (prices will be announced at a later time), as well as the strong possibility of a raffle of various products that sponsors have been kind enough to donate for this event. If you know of, or belong to a company that would be interested in helping us support this raffle, please e-mail Sam at se2001@onebox.com and in the subject line please write "Raffle". 

We encourage that you bring cameras, because this is an event you are going to want to remember. If you need picture hosting, please let us know!

Some Reminders:

    1.) We will not tolerate immature behavior with your vehicles (for example no speed competitions, burnouts, donuts, etc) because this is a public place, and we (the organizers) don’t want to see anyone get hurt, or see anyone else’s property damaged. Any one who decides to act in this immature fashion will be asked to leave. 

    2.)   NO ALCOHOL is permitted. We want this meet to be safe, and the last thing we want is for people to be consuming alcohol, and then getting behind the wheel to go out afterwards. Also, there will be people under the age of 21 at the meet, so we do not want any “Contributing to the delinquency of a minor” charges filed against anyone, as well as there will be less temptation for them.

    3.)   Help clean up. As we said before, we would like this to continue to be an annual event, so we would like to leave the place as clean as we found it, so we can do this again. We know it sounds really obvious, but we wanted to make sure it was written in stone (Well not really, but you catch our drift.) so everyone knows.
