in which stefan makes mexican food for his polish friends, who do not know what tortilla chips are or quacamole or cilantro either or anything like that, & lots of people come with presents & he has even 2 cakes & lots of food for everyone, & stefan says it was a good birthday but he was tired too after cooking all day (kinga made the cakes & decorated the house all fiesta style with red & stuff but only stefan could do the cooking, no one else knew how) but it was good. & they like the mexican food, & say stefan you must cook for us mexican all the time, but it is hard, becuase the stores don't sell anything mexican, like tortillas, hot peppers, refried beans, salsa, or spices, so everything must be made from scratch so stefan says he will miss eating mexican because they don't have it here. but polish food is excellent, & they have lots of that here so it is ok oh yes & they sing sto-lat & but not happy birthday |
