In fact, most of people awards, "linking" with Bob Marley, the origins of RASTAFARI to Jamaica, but it actually comes from Etiopia; some people also believe the Three-coloured Flag is the Jamaican flag... well, they're wrong again, because the Jamaican flag is the small one you can see in the picture below (the green-&-black yellow-crossed flag). And if you wonder why Bob Marley and the other raggaers always show the green-yellow-red colours in their booklets and on their gadgets, you can find the answer in the Etiopian flag. Now let's spend some words about Jah: he is for the Rastas just the same as Jahve' for the Jews; pratically they're the "black Jews"..That means, as you see, that it originally was a religion... then if most of the European and American people has transformed it in a fashion, this in another story... it happened just the same with the Buddism...
