Scenario Idea's



We will try to add new scenario's over the course of time, now the missions can be ran in 15mm or 25mm scales. But remember that the 15mm scale will have more troops than a 25mm scale scenario. To adjust a 25mm to a 15mm just multiply 2x the troops and time and have fun!
We would suggest that you use double movement in the begining of the game for the 15mm scale. We have found that it makes the game move faster if that is a problem. When the troops get closer then go back to normal movement values.

I have written up a scenario for the next time we use 15mm figs.

Here is as follows:
The board, Rolling country side on both sides of the table with a small destroyed town in the middle two feet. (If played on a 4x8 board)

Game length 15 Turns:The mission should last this long because of the 15mm scale being used.

Rim Alliance of Worlds troops have dug in defense of the local town of Freashie. They are in the belief if they can hold out until support shows and strenghten their position. Little do they know that this town is considered a very important cross roads to the Stellar Conferation Higher Command!

The Defense Forces:
2nd Plt. A/co 168 Heavy Inf of the Rim Alliance of Worlds.
4 squads Hvy Inf. w/ Assault Rifles and Lt. MG. 2 HE, 2 smoke per squad

Command Squad
*2 RPG (2 man team)Guided man-pack Javelins (2 shot each) w/ Assault Rifles
1 Plt. Leader w/ Assault Rifle
1 Communications Spec. w/ Assault rifle and Commo Equip.
2 Troopers w/ Assault Rifle
*The two RPG troopers may be attached to separate squads

2 Heavy Grav Tanks w/
*1 Hvy MG (free outside mount)
*2 Hvy MG (turret)
1 Md Velocity Cannon
* MG's are Inf. Support Arms only

Special:
4 Mine Fields (player option as to which type)
7 Sand Bag emplacements.

MISSION:
Defend City Block in middle of table (15 turns) at which time reforcements will show up to help in the defense. The game would be concidered over at this time for the defender.

Attackers:
54th Strike Legion MEF (RDF) Stellar Confederation of Planets has targeted the Town of Freashie as major cross roads to their continued assaults in the region. The town must be taken at all cost by the higher command!
4 squads Light PA w/
Gauss Rifles w/Aux/Gren launchers, Gauss MG, 2 HE, 2 Smoke, 1 RPG Unguided Per squad
1 Squad Hvy PA w/ SMG, 1 Grenade Launcher, Assault Fist. SMG built into AF.
2 Squad Light PA Engineers w/ Gauss Rifles w/Aux/Gren launchers, Gauss MG, 2 HE, 2 Smoke, 1 set of Bangalore Torpedoes, Rocket assisted grappling hook per squad.

Armored Vehicles:
4 Bradley MICV, Medium Track
1 Guass MG (free) (out side mount)
1 RPG Guided (3 shots, turret)
1 Md. Blaster Cannon (turret)

MISSION: Clear Obstacle Center of board (which would be the IFP's)
2 Decoy Counters.
The command Squad of Hvy PA and PA Engineer squads have the option to Space Insertion onto the table no closer than 12 inches from the obstacles that are to be cleared.
