Getting quite excited were the folk at Albert Park over a radio station setting up in the suburb.
There had been talk for some weeks and then the signs popped up outside an old TV production house, seemingly confirming the rumours, proclaiming the building to be the new home of "Chat-AM".
But hold on, that's the name of the fictitious radio station in the Foxtel sitcom Shock Jock, which begins production soon.
"In the show, the station is moving location, so we've moved the site from the Moorabbin municipal offices to here in Albert Park," a spokesman said.
Which means no addition to the airwaves, but at least locals should catch a glimpse of Tim Ferguson and the gang.
