There are various aspects to running effective forums within an organization, within an enterprise, within a business, as well as private forums.
These are not chat groups. These are major communication devices for helping the company be able to disseminate the information that it needs effectively among its workers and to help those working in a specific area, field, discipline, or other work group be able to communicate among themselves.
In order for this to work properly it is important to manage the forums properly. The individual who manages these forums has to have the proper skills and abilities.
