1st. Corp. elected 2nd. Lt. 5/10/1862; Wounded in the hand at Fredericksburg; promoted to 1st. Lt. spring of 1863;
Wounded in the thigh at Drewry's Bluff and admitted to Richmond hospital 5/16/64.
