Topic this week: Cause and Affect

You've heard that with every action there is a reaction. We are responsible for our own actions. Cause and affect is interesting and so very true.

If plants are watered they will grow and flourish. If they are neglected they will die. If we are nasty to others we will not be liked. That being said, you can see that by thinking negative thoughts we are going to have negative things in our lives.

We create who we are and what we think.
If we think positive thoughts we will have a more positive attitude and we will have more positive things happening in our lives.

Where there is an affect there is a cause for it. If we don't attempt getting past our own issues we will stay in that situation. Cause and affect. If we spread happiness and positivity to others we are helping them and it makes us feel good too. Cause and affect.

If we think we can't do something we probably can't. Our negative thinking is the cause for the inability to do some things. Not being able to do those things is the affect of the cause, which is the negative thoughts.

There is cause and affect in everything in our lives and everything around us. If we stay out in the sun too long we get sunburned. Staying in the sun too long is the cause of the burns (the affects).

Try to remember cause and affect in the things you do and say each day. When you see someone today, smile at them and say "Hello." If they smile back you are the cause of that smile and the smile is the affect of your friendliness. See what I mean?

Today I'd like you to put a smile on your face and think only positive thoughts. You will see for yourself the affects of that. You've known at least one negative person in your life. That person is not the greatest person to be around. Instead of uplifting you they are bringing you down. Cause and affect, again.

Put on a beautiful happy face and smother yourself with positive thoughts. Keep saying those affirmations. They're so very important.

Think about cause and affect in all things.

Practice your positive thinking.

Pass some happiness along to others this week. It feels wonderful.

Think of some ways you could pamper yourself.
