James took good care of
us.
He taught us how to "taste" the wine. Sip slowly, enjoy the aroma. Swirl the wine around your
mouth and swallow. The tastebuds on the sides and back of our mouths are instrumental to tasting the
variety of flavors (complexity) a good wine offers.
Wilson Creek is a darling
winery with a welcoming ambience. On the winery grounds, there's a bridge, a meandering stream, a grassy area, a gazebo and a large lawn.

My, my, Temecula has
"grown up" since our last visit.
