This is Merlot, protector of the Wilson Creek grapes.  

He is immortalized on a painting on one of the low stucco walls to the left of the entrance.  A sweet, mellow dog, Merlot's even better looking in person, or is it, in dog?.

While there, ladies, you must check out the bathroom. The trompe d'oeil on the walls are great, but that (guy) babe looking/learing at you while you do your business is darn sexy.
