Looking after Elderly Cats
A cat kept in a loving home will live much longer than a cat in the wild.Some cats live until they are 15 others 25.
As cats get old you might notice they tend to be less active and sleep more. Their eyesight and hearing might fail, but this does not mean they have to be put down. With a bit of extra care your cat live many more years happy and content.

Make sure your cats claws are not over grown. Elderly cats may not wear down their nails like a young cat would
Make sure that the cat is getting a diet full of protein. Include fish, rabbit, chicken and cooked eggs. All these foods are easy to digest.
Make sure your cat has access to in your house all the time.
