Our Home
Our home is a 2-story log house constructed by Graber Brothers Construction.  It features a covered porch that wraps more than 1/2 way around the house.  Friends and family helped us do much of the "around the house" things, like sowing the lawn in grass.  We arranged for the utilities ourselves and did all the painting and staining inside the house.  It was a very trying time, but more than worth the effort!

These pictures were taken during construction.  We moved into the house November 16th, 2000.
This picture is looking down the stairs from the second floor.  This picture shows the interior log staining, and the unfinished (unstained) trim-work.
The picture to the left was taken from our front lawn.  It was taken after the exterior log staining was done, but before the porch railing and gutters were installed.
