The World of Sweet Valley

Sweet Valley is a fictional town in southern California. The two main characters are Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield, identical twins. They’re 5 foot 6, have golden blonde hair, and eyes the color of the Pacific Ocean. Jessica is the wilder of the two. She loves cheerleading, shopping and boys, wears the latest clothes and tons of makeup. Elizabeth, on the other hand, is older than Jessica by 4 minutes and is much tamer. She writes for the school newspaper, The Oracle. She has steady boyfriends and wears more sensible clothes. Despite their differences, Elizabeth and Jessica are extremely close.
