Intorduction
Joined NID (National
Institute Of Design) in 2001 after completing my graduation in Commerce.
Even though I came from a non-design background, design always fascinated
me. NID provided an excellent platform to explore and experience new perspectives.
My education in New Media changed the way I looked at interaction design.
The definition of design has changed from just innovation to Problem Solving.
My interest lies in providing solutions in areas of Information, Communication
and Entertainment.
The essence of information lies in the medium.
Different media of communication demand different approaches. The idea
is not just give out information but to make sure it is understood in
the way intended. Hence New Media, better known as interaction design,
understands not just information but also to use the appropriate media,
be it audio, visual, textual, virtual, etc. to enhance the user's experience.

Diploma Project
Currently looking for a Diploma Project. A diploma project is the
final phase of a student's career at NID. It is Invariably a full scale
demonstration of independent client service conducted within the constraints
of the Institute's six month project schedule, as well as the client consideration
of job brief, time, finance and other practical concerns.
