I have a formidable track record of more than 15 years in Document Management Industry that includes trailblazing tenures with Nestle Ltd., American Express , Aurora the Imaging Company (OH, USA) Clicks Document Management (OH, USA), and later with Key Compaines (OH,USA). I have excelled in diverse activities such as Accounting, Budgeting, Capitalization, Banking Operations, Document Management, Imaging Technology and e-Discovery.

I completed my Bachelor's in Commerce and qualified as a Cost Accountant in 1994. I also completed my Bachelor's degree in Law from India and gained training in Oracle and E-Commerce from Prosoft, USA.

Key Companies Inc. (Columbus OH)                                      Manager Operations (Feb 2005- Till Date)

I have 10 associates in my team.My responsibilities here is to provide full length of document management services in Scanning, Coding and e-Discovery to Litigation departments that includes the load file to seamlessly integrate with imaging and database software. I am woriking on Various Litigation Case Management Software's / Access and SQL Database. I am managing various projects for Data discovery, Data Extraction, formatting and create the Macros and Batch Files for Importing. We do lot of Bibliographic coding, In-text Coding and Electronic branding in house with full PDF services including Bookmarking and OCR  backing depending on clients requirements. I am responsible for resource allocation and delivery schedule based on Volume and turn-around-time.I design project specific tools for e-discovery and train other associates to achive client’s project specification. I monitor Identification of inspection stages and quality check list to ensure Quality Control.

I worked as Project Manager at Clicks Document Management. My Key responsibilities were to design the Projects for Scanning and Coding for litigation department that includes the load file to seamlessly integrate with imaging and database software working on Litigation Case Management Software's. I am well versed with Summation,Doculex, IPRO, DB Text, and Concordance. Manage various projects for Data Discovery, Data Extraction and Formatting for Import, High Speed Blowbacks, PDF, and OCR Conversion and Electronic branding or Bate numbering with full PDF services including Book marking and OCR backing depending on clients requirements

 Aurora The Imaging Company     (Columbus, OH)               Production Manager (Apr 2000-Aug 2003)

At Aurora The Imaging Company (USA), I worked as Production Manager and was heading the Production Department and back office operations for their global Customers. With my Accounting bend of mind and detail knowledge of Imaging software’s I managed to reduce the Cost of Production in First Six months from 9cents per page to 3.5 cents per page. My major strengths are a focused process and cost control resulting in aggregate savings of over $150,000 dollars p.a backed by excellent leadership skills.  Over the years I have acquired a reputation for successful service delivery owing to my ability to weld disparate skills, personal agendas, attitudes and viewpoints into a streamlined and effective team. 

 American Express:                                                     Accounts Executive (Jul 1995- March 2000)

At American Express, I led the challenge of setting up from scratch the payable processing function, worked as internal auditor and visited Australia, London and USA for Migrating Financial Products and Imaging Technology to Amex, which today is rated as the center of excellence within the firm. I was involved in the monthly closing process and maintain general ledger by preparing journal entries, analyzing account activity, reconciling ledger accounts and maintaining supporting details. Review and analyze monthly accounting activity for accuracy and financial integrity. Work with external auditors. With a strong bottom line orientation, I have led several business process re-engineering initiatives at Amex, focusing on Business Contingency Planning and Disaster recovery by converting all there important business records into permanent CD with the help of Imaging Technology improving the effectiveness/efficiency of operations/service delivery and cost control, resulting in aggregate savings of over USD 1/2million.  As an outcome of the stupendous work, I have won numerous awards for my achievements and later I was honored with Chairman’s Award for quality, the highest recognition for quality works in AMEX worldwide. I started my career with Nestle and joined the company as an Accountant and was involved in Bookkeeping Functions, Budgeting, Capitalization and Finalization of P&L and Balance Sheets of Nestle Samalkha Plant.
