I am working as Module Design Engineer for Rolls-Royce Plc, UK since Apr'06 Rolls-Royce. I hold a doctrate degree from Techniche University Darmstadt, Germany in Mechanical Engineering.
Apart from that I was recipient of well-recognised British Chevening Scholarship in the field of "Technology Management". My work during the program was recognised as one of the best commercial outcome for the same year CTES.
I completed my schooling in the year 1995. Started studying Aeronautical engineering and successfully
completed my Aeronautical Engineering from The Aeronautical Society of India, New Delhi
in year 1998. I was admitted for Masters Programme in Aerospace Engineering in Indian Institute of Technology Madras
in the same year. After finishing M. Tech. in Aerospace Engineering from IIT, Madras
in Feb 2000, I joined Energy and Powerplant technoglogy (EKT in short) in August 2000 as
a PhD. student under the guidance of Univ-Prof. Dr.-Ing. J. Janicka.

Application of Laser diagnostics in combustion flames
1) Standard Lab flames for eg. Opposed Jet Flames or Jet Flames.
2) Technical Flames like Swirl Flames.

1. Studying the effect of Acoustic Oscillations on Solid Propellant Burning Rate. Master of Technology
2. Pico-second Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) in Opposed-jet flames at Purdue university (USA) PITLIF .
3. Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) in various technical flames at EKT.
