| My favorite things. |
I have a few favorite things besides Roleplaying that I felt needed to be mentioned. So here they are. In order from my favorite and on down. So, to begin, here is my favorite. |
This is not the food, although that is very good also. These are the dolls. Remember? Strawberry Shortcake and her friends? Lemon Meringue, Raspberry Tart, Huckleberry Pie. I love these dolls, I have a collection. Poor Bob has to put up with it being in the living room, and Josh says I have an addiction. Which isn't true. HAHA. But I really do love Strawberry Shortcake and just wanted to share that. They are the best. |
The next two are going to be together. They are Star Trek and Monty Python. These are my favorite shows on TV. I felt they should be mentioned also. If you want to know, I like Deep Space Nine of all the Star Trek shows. Bob is a major Star Wars fan, so there is alot of friendly competition between us with that. As for Monty Python, of course we love the Quest for the Holy grail, but we also love the TV show. Our favorite skits, are in this order, anything Dealing with the Spanish Inquisition. (those guys crack us up), the ministry of silly walks, and the fish slap dance. We love them all, but those are our favorites. Then there is the one that I enjoy that Bob just thinks is ok. That is "Conrad Pooh and his Dancing Teeth" I love that. It has me roling everytime. |
Bob and I are big fans of anything Irish. We love St. Patty's day, and having lived near Savannah, Georgia, It was heavenly. The funny thing is that neither Bob or I is Irish. We just love it. We have CD's of Irish Drinking Songs. And we know them all. HEHE. |
And last is my love of Teddy Bears. I have a collection, or actually Kat has my collection now. But I still have my first two teddy bears, which are called Squeeze Me' Bears (they were actually recalled too, so I think it's amazing that I still have them). Then I have Softy whom I have had since I was 5. I also got a Strawberry Shortcake Blowkiss doll that christmas, what a great christmas that was. Softy is no longer soft, but he does keep me company when I am sick and when my hubby is deployed or out in the field. I also collect Boyd Bears and Cherished Teddies. |
