What happens when you make a Wish?

Well, in my case, when I made a Wish, my whole life changed. Wish made an impact on my life, and my herd that is immeasurable. She was an influential part of my return to goats. In her life, she has taught me so much. This is a debt I can never repay, yet will always try to do the best by her, as that is what she has done for me.

Wish has been to hell and come back. She was attacked by dogs, and nearly lost her life. The scars she carrys remind me daily of what she has been through. She has given me some of the most beautiful offspring, and she is definitely a strong foundation for my herd.
Wish is retired now, but she has a very special place in my heart and mind. She set the bar for the rest to follow. My only regret with this grand gal, is that I was unable to get her back into the show ring her final productive year to allow her to earn her final champion win to finish her ADGA permanent champion title. She has 2 CH legs to her credit. She earned an astounding LA score of 7-00 FS 91 VEEE. And she has a milk record of 3-10 305 2960 4.7% 140 3.8% 112. She is a hard working doe, and an amazing testament to having your Wish come true.

       Wishful was one of my favorites. Not only was she my first Wish daughter, she was also my first Virtue daughter. She was extremely correct overall, a lovely productive mammary, and a real gem personality wise. She was stingy in the doe department, so I have only her last 2 doelings in the herd, and her lovely son named Revelation
      I lost Wishful in the fall of 2006 to cancer. I miss her deeply.

Wishful is all grown up now, this picture is her at 7, and the udder shot below is from an earlier freshening, but she is still just lovely!
