Introduction
Welcome to my page entirely devoted to the brilliant bands MERCYFUL FATE
& KING DIAMOND. Some pages (+/-40) have already existed since the last
years. So I wish to offer to the fans something different of what the other
ones (often very good: see the links section) have already done. Thus my
strong musical interest of these bands extended in a quest (sometimes compulsive)
of all I can collect about them, for 10 years. Also I wondered that the
best page I could create would be related to my passion: the kd/mf collection. But a music collector is
obviously first and foremost a music fan. It means that I'll do my best
to give you information on all the events concerning MERCYFUL FATE &
KING DIAMOND (and not only collecting stuff). So this page contains sections
which talk about bands' news (tour, new album,...), fan club, links, related
bands, contests,...And another one offers to you the possibility to express
yourself about MERCYFUL FATE & KING DIAMOND to show that hard rock
fan isn't synonym of "dirty-stupid dude". I am also proud to announce
that this page is the official MF/KD page on Internet thanks to the agreement
of Ole Bang (the bands' manager), Renzo Van Soelen (the official fan club's
manager) and METAL BLADE (Germany). So I am actually able to work closely
with the people who surround the bands. And you are sure to find here great
info, contests, exclusive interviews,... A last comment: this page
is definitively NOT a "Java-3hours-to-load-graphical-page". I prefer to spend my spare time in searching
info, stuff,... than in putting "turning skulls", "colored 3D cubes",...
