Clara was the vicepresident of our Club for a year and also was leading the Ploiesti Branch.
That until she found out she had leukemia. From then she spends her time in the hospital for treatment or staying at home, paying attention not to get a cold. She celebrated her 18th birthday in the hospital. She also celebrated the last Christmas there.
What can be said about Clara? She is a fantastic fan. Even when she goes to treatment, she takes her Roxette records along with her. She adores Marie. She is one of the most kind and sensitive fans we have in our club.
Her medical situation isn't hopeless. There are good possibilities to get better after having a meadow transplant. The problem is her father also died of cancer a few months ago and the transplant cost (over 125 000 USD) is an amount of money she cannot normally expect to raize. So far she succeeded in raizing only 1/10 of it.
She also didn't find a perfect compatible donner yet. |

It is hard to talk about Clara's disease. It is hard to think about all the years she lost or will loose fighting with an unjust fate. It is painful to see how with every week that passes she is no longer the merry person we knew. It is impossible to turn the back to such things in life and pretend they don't exist.
The worse is that Clara is feeling alone, put aside because she cannot go out on a Friday night, or go to school or come with us when we have a Club meeting. But we don't forget her. Clara is always with us, even when her disease stops her to take visits or to write us.
