The Single "Sounds Like A Melody" has been finally released as a taste of Alphaville's long awaited debut album. Alphaville is making the success bigger. With "Big In Japan" they established themselves on the modern music scene and now they are following up the success.In January Alphaville was picked up by a record company and the reputation of their greatness spread quickly. The debut single "Big In Japan" came and it took only six weeks for it to climb to the top of the West-German list.
All Europe
Now we know how Alphaville managed to establish themselves in the whole Europe. "Big In Japan" quickly became a smash hit and Alphaville started to write a follow-up. Now "Sounds Like A melody" is here and it really makes Alphaville fans happy.Marian Gold, 24(!), Bernhard Lloyd, 25, and Frank Mertens, 24, are now working hard to produce a really good debut album.
First Try
Curiously enough that Alphaville is the first musical experiment for three Germans - they are from Münster. All three mambers of the band actually lack musical experience from other bands.
