Greg returns to the Pirates for his sophomore year after a very good freshman season. He is a dominant power forward who comes from Bishop Eustace Prep, where he was the winner of the Coach's Awards in his senior season. Over the course of his first year, he established himself as one of the most feared physical presences in the league. Greg proved to be very versitile by centering the top line, and doubling as a defenseman. He also led all rookies in scoring during the 97/98 season. His strong physical play, offensive and defensive skills, and cannon-like shot make him a valuable asset for the team. Greg has proven that he can succeed at this level, and will be looked upon to lead the team for many years to come.
