| MARCUS LAFAYETTE PARKS was born in Wayne County West Virginia in January 1850. He married ELIZABETH JANE TURNER known as Eliza Jane. She was born in January 1852. Lafayette was a farmer. His parents were: JAMES SHELTON PARKS & SUSAN FRASHER. Eliza Jane's parents were JAMES TURNER and MARY J. CAUDILL . Eliza Jane & Lafayette were both living in 1920 according to the Breathitt County Kentucky Census. They are buried in the Dunn Cemetery next to their son "Buddy". The headstones as of 8/2007 are gone. These are the children of Lafayette and Eliza Jane: 1. GENERAL WAYNE born 1870 in WV (his name is actually "General" but was called Buddy. 2.
