You Are Not Alone

You are not alone Someone is always there Keeping you dear to their heart and in their mind                                                                                                                                  You are not alone                                                                                              There are times when you may feel like it                           Just remember that there is always tomorrow and new and exciting challenges to face You are not alone Others have felt what you are feeling It will not last forever                                                                                                                                  You are not alone                                                                                                         It may feel overwhelming at times                                                                                                                          But you will be all right You are not alone Just feel what you are going through Take some time to immerse yourself in those feelings                                                                                                                                  You are not alone                                                                                                       To feel means you are alive and well                                                                                            You can climb out of that black, spiraling pit You are not alone You matter and are important Your inner child needs you                                                                                                                                  You are not alone                                                                                                  Others have survived and so to will you                                                                                                                The pain and fear will subside You are not alone Time really does help to heal wounds Every day is more time                                                                                                                                  You are not alone                                                                                                                             Look at the night sky                                                                                                                          The stars shine for you You are not alone There is so much more out there You are a special part of something much larger than just yourself                                                Remember.....You are not alone and never will be,                                                         You will ALWAYS have yourself!
