Susan Marie Featherly was
born Feb 5 1963 in Syracuse, New York, NY. Her career started in
Syracuse, NY in 1980 at the age of 18 when she started the Central
New York Academy of Dance Arts. Susan ran the entire business herself,
and her students won many state and national dance awards. In 1995 Susan
sold the dance school to her sister Savannah Featherly and brother Robert
Featherly and his wife Nancy. Susan still returns to the school once and
awhile to teach a class or two. Susan's sister Savannah continues to train
with Susan when Savannah visits California.
Susan moved to California to be an actress.
She began her acting career in the mid 1990's in late-night adult
cable TV shows like Hot Line and Erotic Confessions.
Susan went on to star in several direct to video (and direct to cable)
movies that were also adult related in content. She has been credited under
the names Michelle Turner, Marie West and Jen Dike. Susan used different
names because of the type of roles she was playing. Susan is a popular
B-movie actress, anyone who watches late night Cinemax (often referred
to as skin-e-max), would know her movies. A beautiful blonde actress
with a beautiful body, IMDB reports Susan's height as 5' 11". A word of
caution to her fans, many of her movies that are for sale on DVD and video
are the edited or R rated versions, that have some nudity cut out. The
original uncut version may have aired on Cinemax or Showtime, but the DVD
version for sale on Amazon may have some of the full nude scenes cut out.
Check the reviews section of this website for more details. The website
Bashfulmonkey has called Susan "One of the most (if not the most) naturally
beautiful of the soft porn stars". They went on to say "she has a wholesome
and natural beauty rarely found in stars of this genre".
What is Susan
doing now?
Susan is no longer involved in acting.
She currently lives with her husband in Burbank, California. Her
career is now in real estate in Southern California. She is a licensed
Realtor, working for Re/Max Towne Center Realty begining in 2006,
specializing in residential properties in the Burbank area. She worked
for another agency before Re/Max. Susan describes herself in bio on a real
estate agency's website:
" I
come into real estate with a diverse background of performing arts and
business. I was the owner, operator and founder of Central New York Academy
of Dance Arts from 1980-1995. My students have won over 3000 state and
national awards and titles. Although I found working with children extremely
rewarding, I sold my studio in 1995 to pursue a career as an actor. During
this time I was able to utilize my skills as a small business owner, to
work as a bookkeeper, advisor and consultant for a variety of businesses.
Eventually my paths of life lead me to real estate. I have always found
real estate fascinating and believe my past experiences are beneficial
to all of my clients. I am very disciplined, dedicated, detail oriented,
and organized. I feel these attributes as well as my ability to listen,
problem solve, and remain calm during stressful times will ease my clients
through the entire real estate process. It is my goal to provide the best
possible customer service. " **
